Shipping Information
Products take 3-4 weeks to process before transferred to our partner couriers, as we export the shirt with your requested patches and personalized name set directly from Thailand.
For ON-HAND products, we release it 1-3 days after payment is confirmed.

International Shipping
We use DHL as our international shipping courier. Items are shipped from Manila, Philippines. You must message us at contact.downfield.ph@gmail.com or IG @downfieldph before settling the payment for an international order. Estimate of international shipping fee ranges from $30-$75 USD, depending on your location and quantity of order.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, returns and exchanges will not be allowed for safety reasons.
We shall only accept exchanges in the event of wrong product given, or defective kits. In this case, DM us in Instagram or our Facebook Page so we can manage the exchange process.

CARE GUIDE: How to take care of your football kit?
1. Turn the shirt inside out before washing.
2. HAND WASH the jersey. If you really can't, use delicate machine wash in cold water.
3. Let the shirt hang dry. NEVER use dryer (especially ones with hot temp)
4. NEVER iron the shirt, especially on the prints
DIY Fixing your Kit
Q: What to do if the patches on my football kit is not sticking well?
